Kevin, 36, is the founder of Skyline Stays. A property manager and real estate advisor in Dubai, he personally oversees every property and every owner: one single point of contact, from the first conversation to the monthly payout.
He grew up in Europe, then lived in Australia and Asia before settling in Dubai. He founded Skyline Stays out of love for a deeply human business: welcoming guests from all over the world and building trust with every owner.
Skyline Stays is backed by a group of French investors, with one simple conviction: show you real figures, not promises.
Also a real estate agent in Dubai, Kevin can personally assist you with an acquisition before Skyline Stays takes over the management of the property. Two distinct activities, one level of excellence.

We take care of everything: property preparation, DET holiday home permit, listings, pricing, guests, housekeeping, maintenance, utility bills and reporting. You receive a monthly payout with a detailed report, and you keep permanent access to your figures.
A 15% management fee on your net income, for full short-term management. Everything is included, with no hidden fees.
No. Our agreement has no minimum term: you stay free at all times. We would rather keep you through the quality of our service than through a clause.
Quite the opposite, it is a large part of what we do. Based in Dubai, we are your eyes and hands on site. You follow everything remotely, in French or in English.
We do, end to end: guest communication before, during and after the stay, housekeeping and linen after each check-out, inspections, maintenance, and even paying your DEWA bills on your behalf, included at no extra fee. The utility cost itself remains yours.
